This page describes the methods of management of the website, with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. This is a disclosure made also under the terms of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of  20th June 2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data – to those who interact with the web services accessible by electronic means via the addresses: http://www.gustart.it. The disclosure is made only for the Gustart website and not also for any other websites consulted by the user through links; for those links, Gustart – Gli Artisti del tartufo – is not responsible in any way.  The following information are based also on the guidelines established by Art. 29 of Directive 95/46/CE, adopted on 17th May 2001 to establish certain minimum measures to be taken towards the users when they connect to web pages, in order to ensure the fairness and legality of such practices.


Following consultation of this website, data on identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “data controller” is Gustart – Gli Artisti del tartufo, based in  Reggio Nell’Emilia – Italia, Viale Umberto 1°, 19, CAP 42123.


The processing of data connected with the web services of this site (physically reside on the server at ISP …) takes place at the offices of Gustart – Gli Artisti del tartufo and is performed only by employees or technical staff in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No personal data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or task requested and are communicated to third parties only when necessary for this purpose (see section “Optionality of conferment of personal data”).


 Navigation data

During their normal operation, the information systems and software procedures used for the functions of this website acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
It should be noted that the above data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of computer crime against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address, necessary to respond to the requests, and any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary disclosures will be progressively contained or displayed on the pages of the website arranged for these particular services on request.


Apart from the details provided for navigation data, users are free to provide their personal data included in the specific electronic request forms or indicated in contacts to request the dispatching of informative material or other communications. The failure to provide such information may make it impossible to fulfill the request.
It must be remembered that in some cases (not object of the ordinary administration of this website) the Authority can request information pursuant to Art. 157 of Legislative Decree N. 196/2003, in order to monitor the processing of personal data. In these cases, the reply is compulsory under penalty of a fine. ‘User name’ and ‘password’: in case of you will be asked to choose a ‘user name’ and a ‘password’ for the access to restricted sections of the site, it is your responsibility to keep such information confidential and to inform immediately their use by unauthorized persons.


Personal data are processed by automated tools only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were have been gathered. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect uses and unauthorized access, in accordance with the obligations to adapt to minimal safety measures. Please note that in order to provide a complete service, our site contains links to other websites that are not managed by us. We are not responsible for errors, contents, cookies, publication of illicit moral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with the current standards and respect for privacy legislation by websites managed by us to which you are referring. Pursuant to this article, the data subject has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or to block the processed data in violation of the law, as well as to object to their processing, in any case, for legitimate reasons.
